- Contact: email address, WhatsApp / phone number.
- Business interest: grade preference, expected monthly volume, and any message you provide.
- Technical & campaign data: referrer URL, page URL, UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign), and IP address (for spam prevention only).
2. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your sample request, quotation, or inquiry.
- To arrange shipment of product samples and supporting documentation.
- To send you commercial communications related to your inquiry (you may opt out at any time).
- To prevent spam and abuse of our forms.
- To improve the Site through aggregated, non-identifiable analytics.
3. Legal Basis (where applicable)
We process your personal data based on (a) your consent when you tick the consent box on our form, (b) the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request, and (c) our legitimate interest in operating, securing, and improving the Site.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the following processors, strictly to deliver the service you requested:
- Resend — to deliver transactional email (request notifications and auto-replies).
- Vercel — to host the Site and run server-side functions.

5. Cookies & Tracking
We use minimal essential cookies. If analytics are enabled, anonymous identifiers may be set by Google Analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; doing so does not affect form submissions.

We retain inquiry data for as long as necessary to respond to your request and maintain a commercial relationship — typically up to 24 months from last interaction — after which it is deleted or anonymized. Email logs are retained according to Resend's retention policy.

Our processors may store data outside Indonesia (e.g. Vercel and Resend infrastructure). Where required, transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
